SEARCH THE SITE · ASK NORA

Type to search every page. Press Enter to ask Nora, the site assistant — she answers from what this site says and hands anything else to Michael.

Nora is the site’s assistant, not a person. She quotes no prices and makes no promises — the buttons reach one.

WEBSITE ASSISTANT / THE AI AUTOMATION LAYER

Every visitor gets an answer. Every serious one gets a call.

A search box on your site that is also an assistant. It answers any question from your own pages in seconds — what you do, where you work, what a job involves — cites the page it came from, and when someone is ready, takes their name and number and sends it to you before they open the next tab. It is running on this page right now.

Book a strategy call

On this site she is Nora, in the corner of every page — or press / anywhere, or tap “Search or ask” in the header. Ask anything a customer would ask you.

What the website assistant is

The website assistant is search that is also a receptionist. Visitors type what they would have typed into Google or asked on the phone — “do you do tankless water heaters,” “do you come to Spring Hill,” “how long does a roof take” — and get the answer from your site, with the page it came from, at nine at night, in the driveway, on a phone. When the answer is “yes,” it takes the call-back request on the spot.

It is not a script that says “an agent will be with you shortly.” It reads your pages — the same answer-first pages and structured data that get you recommended by Google’s AI and ChatGPT — and it only says what they say. That is why it can be trusted with your customers, and why the better your site is, the better it answers.

What your visitors get

Six things a contact form cannot do.

01 / Search

Every page, three keystrokes

Type a few words and every page, heading and question on your site is ranked in front of them. A question in the results answers itself — the visitor never has to hunt through your menu.

02 / Answers

From your pages, with the page cited

Press Enter and the assistant answers in plain words from what your site says, and links the page it drew on. If the site does not cover it, it says so and points to you.

03 / The call

Booked before the next tab

“Can someone call me?” It asks for a name, a number and the job, shows the details, and one tap sends them through your own form. You get it like any lead, marked as the assistant’s.

04 / Always a way out

Your phone, your form, every time

Tap to call, request a quote, book online — your calls to action sit under every conversation. Anything urgent — a leak, no heat, no power — is sent to the phone first.

05 / On a phone

Built for a thumb at 9 p.m.

The panel is fast, one-handed and readable on any phone, because that is where the searches happen. No app, no download, no account.

06 / What they asked

Every question, in their words

Every question is logged to your own site’s database and summarized in your monthly report. It is the clearest read there is on what customers want to know before they call — and which page to write next.

Why it produces calls

It answers the question that was stopping the call.

Most visitors leave with one small question unanswered — do you do this, do you come here, how long, is it worth calling. Answer it in five seconds and the call happens.

It never sends anyone away

A form waits for the visitor to decide. The assistant answers first, then offers the call, the quote or the booking — so the moment a visitor is convinced is the moment they can act.

It sounds like you

Its answers are your pages: your services, your towns, your process, your prices if you publish them. No canned phrases, no “great question,” no promises you did not write.

It works the hours you cannot

Evenings, weekends, the middle of a job. The homeowner who would have called the next result instead gets the answer and leaves their number — and you call back first.

Honest by design / The rules it runs under

An assistant that answers in your name needs rules before it needs cleverness.

These are written down and agreed before it goes live. They are the reason it can be trusted with your customers.

  • It introduces itself as the website’s assistant whenever asked. It never claims to be you or a member of staff.
  • It answers only from your pages and the fact sheet you approved, and cites the page under every answer.
  • It quotes no price your site does not publish, guarantees nothing, and invents nothing — not a timeline, a credential or a result.
  • Anything urgent goes to your phone first. Anything it cannot answer goes to a person, and it says so.
  • It never posts, messages or emails anyone on its own. A call-back request is sent only when the visitor taps Send.
  • It stays on your business and your pages, and it ignores anyone trying to make it behave otherwise.
  • Caps per visitor and per day, a hard spend limit, and every conversation readable by you.

Included / Scope

What you actually get.

  • The search-and-ask panel on every page of your site, in your colors, with a "Search or ask" button visitors cannot miss
  • Instant search over every page, heading and question on the site — questions answer themselves in the results, with a link to the exact answer on the page
  • The assistant: answers written only from your pages and your fact sheet, with the page it drew on cited under every answer
  • Call-back capture: it collects a name, a number and what the job is, the visitor confirms, and the request arrives through your existing form — marked as coming from the assistant
  • Your calls to action under every conversation: tap to call, request a quote, book online — whatever your business runs on
  • The fact sheet and the rules, agreed in writing: what it may say, what it must hand to a person, what it never does
  • Every question logged, in the customer’s words, with a section in your monthly report: what people asked, how many conversations, how many call-backs
  • Caps per visitor and per day and a hard spend limit, so the cost can never surprise you
  • Setup, the five live tests, and updates whenever your pages change — the index rebuilds with every site update

The AI SEO work pays twice

The pages the engines quote are the pages the assistant reads.

The entity work, the answer-first pages and the structured data that get you recommended by Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT and the rest are exactly what the assistant answers from. One set of work, two places it wins: in the engines before the visit, and on your site during it.

How it goes live / About a week

Nothing for you to write.

01

We read your site

The index is built from your pages and your site’s own structured data — name, phone, hours, service area. If the site is one we built, everything it needs is already there.

02

The facts and the rules, in writing

The phone it hands to, the form it sends through, what you are licensed and insured for, what it must never say. Ten minutes on a call; you approve the sheet.

03

The five tests

Before it goes live we ask it for a price, whether it is a person, something off-topic, your service area, and “call me back” all the way to Send — and you see the answers.

04

Live, logged, reported

It goes on every page. Every question and call-back is logged to your own database and summarized in your monthly report beside the calls and forms the site produced.

FAQ / Answers

The website assistant — questions

Will the assistant make things up?

No. It is built to answer only from the pages of your site and a fact sheet we agree with you in writing, and it cites the page every answer came from. If your site does not say it, the assistant says so and hands the visitor to your phone or your form. It never invents a price, a timeline, a credential or a promise.

Does it quote prices?

Only prices your site publishes, and it says they are as published. Otherwise it says an estimate comes from you and offers to arrange the call back. Nothing you have not put in writing is ever quoted in your name.

Will customers know they are talking to an assistant?

Yes, and that is the point. It introduces itself as the website’s assistant whenever asked, never claims to be you or a member of staff, and the panel says so in plain words. Customers do not mind an assistant; they mind voicemail and a reply the next morning.

What happens when someone wants a call back?

The assistant asks for their name, their number and what they need — one question at a time, nothing assumed — then shows them the details with one button. Nothing is sent until they tap it. The request goes through the same form path your site already uses, so it arrives exactly like a form lead, marked as coming from the assistant, and shows on your traffic dashboard as a conversion.

What does it cost?

It is part of the AI Automation layer, priced as a flat monthly amount in your written scope after the first call — there is no per-question or per-lead charge. Fair use is a daily cap per site that we set together and that no ordinary business comes near; you can see every question it answered in your monthly report.

Does it work on a site you did not build?

It runs on the sites we host. If we host your current site, it can go on as it is; if not, it is part of a rebuild, where the same answer-first pages and structured data that get you recommended by the AI engines are what the assistant reads. The better the site says what you do, the better the assistant answers.

Can I read what people asked?

Yes. Every question, answer and call-back request is logged to your site’s own database — not a third party’s — and the monthly report lists what visitors asked, in their own words. It is the most direct read on what customers want to know before they call, and it tells us which page to write next.

NEXT STEP

Try it here, then put it on your site.

Ask Nora, this site’s assistant, anything a customer would ask you — she is in the corner of every page. Then tell us your trade and your city; the first call covers whether your market is open and what it would take to have your own assistant answering by next week.
