ABOUT / WHO YOU ARE HIRING
A small team that owns the whole chain — and builds for how search works now.
No account managers, no white-label resellers, no work sent offshore. The people who build it are the people who run it, and they run it on their own properties first.
What this company is
Nashville’s Web Design is a web design, SEO and marketing company in Nashville, Tennessee, specializing in AI search and AI integration, and it works solely with businesses based in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We build and run every layer that gets a business found on Google, recommended by AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and answered before the customer moves on — branding, web design, hosting, local SEO, AI SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and AI automation — and we cap how many businesses we take on in each trade and market. What all of it produces is exclusive leads for home service pros and local businesses, never resold.
Most local businesses end up with four or five vendors who have never spoken to each other. A designer who does not know what a redirect is. An SEO retainer producing pages nobody styled. A "host" who is reselling somebody else's server and cannot fix anything on a Saturday. And now a fifth: somebody selling "AI" as a bolt-on, with no idea what the engines actually read. Every one of them is doing their piece, and the result still underperforms — because nobody is responsible for the outcome, only for their slice.
We took the opposite approach: own every layer, so there is no seam to fail at and nobody to point at. That means we say no to a lot of work. It also means when your site goes down, or a rebuild threatens your rankings, or Google changes how the map pack behaves, or an engine starts recommending the competitor whose record is cleaner, there is one number to call.
Part of Zorva Labs
Nashville’s Web Design is a Zorva Labs company. Zorva Labs is a nationwide digital marketing company — SEO and AI search, paid media, websites, content and analytics for businesses in any industry, anywhere in the United States — and it owns this company, Nashville’s Best Pros and the network of Middle Tennessee trade sites. Both companies are Michael Blair’s.
The two are built to do different jobs. Zorva Labs takes the country. Nashville’s Web Design takes one region — businesses based in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, the home trades first and any other line of work beside them — and nothing outside it. The narrowness is the point: one region we can know market by market, where we can ask the engines the questions a business’s own customers ask and check the answer, and where the trade sites, the directory and the city pages are already ours. A business based anywhere else is a Zorva Labs client rather than ours, built to the same standard.
Who does the work
Michael Blair
Michael Blair started Nashville’s Web Design and still does the work himself. He builds the sites, runs the local and AI SEO, the ads and the automation, and writes every page on this one.
He’s been in the industry since 1999, and the first fifteen years were in healthcare information technology at Ascension Health. Hospital systems run around the clock for people who never think about who built them and can’t wait while they’re fixed. That’s where his habits come from: put a number on it before promising anything, keep the record in writing, and make sure the problem that shows up at 2 a.m. on a Sunday already has an owner.
Then he went out on his own to build and market websites for small businesses. What began as a one-person practice is now this company, the network of Middle Tennessee trade sites and the Nashville’s Best Pros directory.
You deal with him directly. There’s no account manager relaying messages, and nothing on your account goes to a content farm, a white-label reseller or an ad subcontractor.
His profile at Zorva Labs says the same things in different words, which is the point — the same person, the same record, on both sites.
How we know it works
We test everything on ourselves before we sell it. This site, a network of Middle Tennessee trade sites, a free directory of home service businesses and a public SEO and AI visibility scanner are all built the way we build for clients — entity-first, answer-first, structured for machines, measured monthly — and all of it is in public where you can check it. Ask any engine about any of them.
That is also why the tools are the tools of the future rather than the past. We do not sell keyword density, ranking PDFs, directory spam or blog posts by the pound, because we can see on our own properties that they no longer produce what they used to. We sell what the engines now select for, because we watch them select.
Why we cap intake
We limit how many businesses we take on in any one trade and market. Once a category reaches that limit in a city we close it to new intake — not at any price.
This is not scarcity marketing. It is the only honest way to run the work. Ranking two roofers for the same search in the same city means competing against ourselves, splitting the content and links we build between businesses bidding on the same job, and telling both of them we are doing our best. Keeping intake tight means every page, citation and link we produce points at you.
The practical consequence is that availability is genuinely limited and a good number of trades are already closed in the markets we cover. We will tell you which on the first call rather than after you have signed something.
What we will not do
- Guarantee rankings. Google does not sell placement in organic results. Anyone guaranteeing a position is either buying ads and calling it SEO, or targeting search terms nobody uses.
- Publish invented results. We do not put percentages on a page that we cannot tie to a specific client account and show you the source of.
- Lock you into a platform. Your domain, files, profile and analytics are yours from day one, and you can take them anywhere.
- Bill for work we did not do. Monthly reporting lists what was actually done that month, not a keyword chart generated by a tool.
- Let an assistant pretend to be you. Anything we automate introduces itself as an assistant, hands what it cannot answer to a person, and posts nothing in your name without your approval.
Where we work
Middle Tennessee, with dedicated coverage for Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Gallatin, Lebanon, Columbia, Clarksville, plus 53 more towns across 12 counties — the full service area.
We build for roofing, hvac, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, remodeling and other trades where a homeowner searching — or asking an assistant — in a specific city is how the work arrives — and for any other business based here whose customers search the same way. Only here, though; outside Middle Tennessee it is Zorva Labs’ work.
FAQ / Answers
About the company
What is Nashville’s Web Design?
Nashville’s Web Design is a web design, SEO and marketing company in Nashville, Tennessee, founded by Michael Blair and specializing in AI search and AI integration. It works solely with businesses based in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, building and running every layer that gets one found on Google, recommended by the AI engines and answered before the customer moves on — branding, web design, hosting, local SEO, AI SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and AI automation — and it produces exclusive leads for home service pros with intake capped by trade and market. It is a Zorva Labs company.
Who is behind Nashville’s Web Design?
Michael Blair, who founded it and does the work. He has been in the industry since 1999, spent fifteen years in healthcare information technology at Ascension Health, and has run his own practice building and marketing websites since. Nashville’s Web Design is owned by Zorva Labs, his nationwide digital marketing company, alongside Nashville’s Best Pros and the network of Middle Tennessee trade sites.
How big is Nashville’s Web Design?
We are a small Middle Tennessee team, deliberately. Every client works directly with the people doing the work rather than through an account manager, and the client count is capped by how many markets we can genuinely serve rather than by a sales target.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No. Design, development, hosting, SEO, AI SEO, ads, automation and content are all done in-house. Nothing is sent to an overseas content farm or a white-label reseller, which is why we can answer specific questions about any decision made on your account.
How do you know the AI SEO work actually works?
We run it on our own properties first: the Nashville’s Web Design site you are reading, a network of Middle Tennessee trade sites, a free directory and a public scanner. Every method on this site — the entity work, the structured data, the answer-first pages, the monthly engine checks — is tested there in public before it is sold, and you can ask any engine about any of them.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take everything. The domain, the site source files, the logo vectors, the Google Business Profile, the analytics property and the automations are all in your name from day one. We help transfer access and do not charge an exit fee.
