What this site collects, in plain English.
Less than you would expect. Here is exactly what is kept when you browse, when you send a form, and when a client connects a Google account — and how to have it removed.

Who we are
Nashville’s Web Design is a web design, SEO and marketing company specializing in AI search and AI integration: it builds and runs websites, hosting, search and AI search optimization, advertising and AI automation for home service and local businesses in Middle Tennessee. This policy covers nashvilleswebdesign.com, the free SEO scan on it, the client areas behind a login, and the Google account access we use to do client work. Questions go to [email protected].
When you send a form
We keep what you type — on the contact form your name, business, phone, email, trade, city, current website and message; under a free check or in the call-back request, your name, phone and email — together with the page you sent it from, the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, any advertising click and campaign codes in the address (so we know which ad or search brought you), your browser, operating system, device and language, and the country, town, ZIP code, internet provider and time zone Cloudflare estimates for your connection. The record is written to our own database first and then emailed to us through our Google Workspace mailbox, so a mail failure never loses a message. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a submission is a person or a script without asking you to solve anything.
When you browse
Every page view is logged by our own software at the edge of the network before any script runs: the page, the site that referred you, campaign codes, whether it was your first page, your device and browser, and the country, town and internet provider Cloudflare estimates for your connection. A script on the page adds roughly how long you stayed. No IP address is stored and no profile of you is built. Google Analytics 4 (G-9N4DY2RD6P) also runs on the site and sets its own cookies, _ga and _ga_9N4DY2RD6P, under Google’s privacy policy; the site works normally if you block them.
This site is served to visitors in the United States and Canada. Connections from elsewhere are declined, except for search engines and link previews.
The free checks
The website scan, the AI answer check and the backlink check look up what you enter — a website address, or a business name, a city and a trade — and produce a report. We store what was checked with its report, and the same check run again within 30 days gets that report back rather than a new one. The scan runs on the scanner at zorvalabs.com, which belongs to Zorva Labs, our parent company, and reads the site you name, partly through Google’s PageSpeed test. The AI answer check and the backlink check get their answers and links from DataForSEO, which is sent what you entered. None of it is attached to you unless you leave your name and email under the result or send us a form.
Client areas
The project board and the CRM set a login cookie for signed-in users only. It identifies your session and nothing else, and it ends when you sign out.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal, do the work you hire us for, and see which pages and campaigns bring real inquiries. Nothing you send is sold, rented, or added to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the database and runs the bot check. It also adds a small script of its own to each page, Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports how quickly the page loaded, and which page it was, back to Cloudflare; it sets no cookies. Google provides our mailbox, Analytics and, when you arrive from an ad, Google Ads. The free checks use Zorva Labs’ scanner and DataForSEO, as above. Each handles data under its own policy.
Google account data
To manage a client’s search presence and advertising we connect to Google services — Google Ads, Search Console and Google Analytics — through an application registered to Nashville’s Web Design. When you or we authorize that application, it can read and manage only the accounts you grant, and we use that access only to build your reports and run the campaigns you have engaged us for. The data is stored in our own systems for those reports, is never sold, is never used to advertise to you, and is not shared with anyone outside the work. You can revoke the access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Nashville’s Web Design’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay for as long as we are talking or working together, and afterwards as a business record. Traffic logs hold no identity and are kept for reporting. Client reporting data stays for the length of the engagement. Ask and we delete what we hold about you, apart from records we are required to keep.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information. Block cookies in your browser if you prefer; every public page works without them. Revoke Google access from your Google account whenever you like.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted here rather than sent to you.

Privacy, answered straight
How do I see or delete what you hold about me?
Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will send you what we have, correct it or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into.
What does the Nashville’s Web Design Google app have access to?
Only the Google Ads, Search Console or Analytics accounts you authorize, and only to build your reports and run the campaigns you hired us for. You can revoke it at any time from your Google account permissions page.
